Today I met a strange character. He was sitting out side of the Plymouth residence hall. He was my age and looked like he went to one of the colleges around here. I was standing by the door waiting for my friend to come out when he stood up and offered to sell me marijuana. After I declined his generous offer, I began to think of who he was. This is what I came up with:
His name is Steve and he grew up in a poor neighborhood. His family never had a lot of money and would always have to struggle to pay the bills. Steve did not let this get in the way of his goals. He was determined to join the military. He went to school every day and studied very hard. Years later, when America went to war, Steve decided the military was too dangerous to be in, so he became a police officer. Steve helped many civilians during his time as a cop. He was such a good officer, that he was placed as an under cover cop. His job was to slowly take out the city’s drug trafficking problem, one dealer at a time. Steve went through vigorous training, both physically and mentally, until he was ready to go out into the real world.
During his first mission, Steve sat outside of a local college residence hall waiting for unsuspecting teens to smoke some dope. He had backup officers in unmarked vehicles placed on every corner around where he was, ready to assist in an arrest. Finally, two students came wondering around the corner and stood against the wall to wait for their friend. One of the students was very tall and had long hair. Steve decided these students were the perfect people to try and bust for buying marijuana so he went up to them and asked them if they wanted to buy some weed. They denied Steve’s offer and Steve went on continuing his life, looking for other unwary people to bust.
