Happy Holidays, for the next 4 years.

Well, it getting closer and closer to the holiday season (and my obsession with listening to Christmas music every day until December 25th starting the day after Halloween), this post is obviously going to be highly influenced by my absolute favorite holiday, Christmas. I'm saying, take the Mayor of Whoville, give him brown hair, blue eyes, and make him a girl.  That's me as President.  I would make it mandatory for every home in the United States to have Christmas lights up for the holidays, and every house to purchase a real Christmas tree to place in their homes (unless, of course, a member of the house is allergic to pine, then a negotiation could be made by substituting the real tree for a faux one, or simply ship the family member to Europe until the real tree is removed from the home).  Also, over every door way a mistletoe will hang.  'Black Friday' will be changed to the 'Black Weekend', giving customers a 3 day span to purchase their gifts for a decently low price.  All stores will also be open 24 hours until December 24th.  There would also be a huge Christmas tree placed in the center of each town, where everyone could place whatever ornaments or decorations they want on it.  Every Christmas Eve, every member of the town would stand hand-in-hand around the tree and sing Christmas carols.  One man will be hired each year to go to each house and create "Santa Clues", meaning he would do things to increase the curiosity of the existence of Santa.  He would be someone to put footprints on rooftops, reindeer tracks in the yard, bites in the Christmas cookies, etc.  To conclude, all families will be required to create the most extravagant Christmas feast.  So America, enjoy your Who-pudding, and your rare Who-roast-beast.
